By accessing or using the StreamerSonglist platform ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

StreamerSonglist provides song request and queue management tools for live streamers and their viewers, including songlist management, chat bot integrations with streaming platforms, and related features.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate account information

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit spam, abusive content, or malicious song requests
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
• Scrape, crawl, or access the service through automated means without permission

5. Third-Party Platforms

The service integrates with third-party streaming platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and Kick. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. By using YouTube features within the service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You may disconnect a linked platform account at any time from your account settings.

6. Tips and Tokens

Some streamers accept tips or other contributions in connection with song requests. Tips are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms. Tokens or credits tracked by the service represent request priority within a streamer's queue only; they have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may be adjusted or expired as part of service operation.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the service (such as song requests and notes). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and process it as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by StreamerSonglist and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without permission.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, including for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamerSonglist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
