We use a single, strictly necessary cookie to maintain your authenticated session. This cookie is required for the service to function and cannot be disabled. It does not track you across other websites, is not shared with third parties, and is deleted when your session ends or expires.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any other non-essential cookies.

6. Google and YouTube Data

StreamerSonglist uses YouTube API Services. If you sign in with Google or connect a YouTube account, we access the following Google user data:

• Sign in with Google: your verified email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier, used to create and authenticate your StreamerSonglist account
• YouTube integration (streamers): your YouTube channel information (channel id, title, handle, and thumbnail), live broadcast details, and live chat messages posted to your active broadcast, used to power song requests from your chat
• Chat bot messages: responses to song requests are posted to your live chat by the StreamerSonglist bot account

OAuth tokens for connected Google accounts are stored securely in our database and used only to provide the features above. We do not share Google user data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. Google user data is deleted when you disconnect the integration or delete your account.

Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke StreamerSonglist's access to your Google data at any time via your Google security settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Song request and play history data is retained to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it by law.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
